PHANTOM AI SOLUTIONS

Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

This policy is written to be read before you buy, not after. It says exactly what is and is not refundable, and we apply it the same way for everyone, every time.

Phantom AI Solutions is a brand operated by Phantom Global Holdings LLC. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy. Contact for anything in this policy: support@phantomaisolutions.com.

The short version

  • Entry is not refundable. It is a one-time purchase that gives you permanent access to knowledge you keep. The one exception is a technical failure we cannot resolve, within 14 days.
  • Growth and Flagship can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no partial refunds for the unused remainder.
  • Nobody who pays ever ends up with nothing. The Entry knowledge stays yours for life, whether you bought Entry on its own or received it inside a membership, for as long as the payment behind it stands.
  • If you bought Entry first and later take a membership, the full price you paid for Entry comes off your first membership payment.

1. Entry

Entry is a one-time purchase with permanent access. It is education and templates: once you have read them, you have them. That cannot be returned, which is why Entry is sold as non-refundable and why it is stated here before the buy button rather than after.

There are two ways to hold Entry, and this section is about the first one:

  • You bought Entry on its own, as a one-time purchase. That payment is what this section governs.
  • Entry came included with a Growth or Flagship membership, at no additional cost. In that case there is no separate Entry payment to refund. The membership rules in section 2 apply to what you paid, and the permanent access you keep afterwards is covered in section 3.

The one exception: an unresolvable technical failure.

If you cannot get access and the problem cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund of your Entry purchase. This applies for 14 days from your purchase date.

To be clear about what this means, because the wording is deliberate:

  • It covers a genuine access failure — your account cannot be created, your login does not work, the portal will not load for you, or your purchase never delivered — that we are unable to fix.
  • It is not triggered by hitting a problem. It is triggered by a problem we cannot solve. Almost every access issue is solved in one or two emails, and we would rather fix your access than take your money back.
  • The 14-day window is deliberately generous, because access problems sometimes take a few days to surface. Email us as soon as you hit one.

To claim it, email support@phantomaisolutions.com with the email address used at checkout and a description of what is happening. If we cannot get you working, we refund you in full.

2. Growth and Flagship memberships

Growth and Flagship are memberships, sold as subscriptions and billed monthly or annually depending on the option you chose. Each one is a single price for everything at its level and below, so there is nothing separate to cancel underneath it.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without asking permission and without explaining yourself. Cancel from your billing account or email support@phantomaisolutions.com.

What cancelling does. It stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. You do not lose the days you paid for.

What cancelling does not do. It does not refund the current period, in whole or in part. If you cancel one week into a month, or one month into a prepaid year, the remainder of that period is not refunded. This applies to monthly and annual memberships alike.

Where you land. When a cancelled membership reaches the end of its paid period, the membership features switch off and you are left holding permanent Entry access. You are never taken to zero, and you are never billed again unless you choose to come back.

If you want to keep part of it, that is a downgrade, not a cancellation. Stepping down from Flagship to Growth keeps you as a paying member at the lower price, and it works differently from cancelling. Section 5 covers it.

Your data stays. Cancelling a membership does not delete anything you created. Your account stays open at Entry, your data stays with it, and if you subscribe again later it is all still there. How long we keep things, and how to have them deleted, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. The Entry floor: what you keep for life

Entry is knowledge. Once you have been taught something, handing it back is not a real thing, so we do not pretend otherwise.

However you came to hold Entry, it stays yours permanently. If you bought it on its own, it is yours. If it came included with a Growth or Flagship membership, it is still yours after that membership ends. A member who subscribes for a single month and then cancels keeps the Entry layer for life, exactly as though they had bought it outright.

What that permanent access depends on. It depends on the payment behind it standing. Permanent Entry access ends if:

  • the purchase or membership payment that gave it to you is reversed or charged back, or
  • that payment is refunded to you under this policy, or
  • we close your account for a breach of the Terms of Service.

This is not a trap and it is not aimed at anyone acting in good faith. It exists for one narrow situation: a payment that is taken back should not leave permanent access behind it. If you paid and the payment stands, the Entry layer is yours and nothing in this policy takes it away.

4. Failed payments

If a membership payment fails, the membership features pause. Nothing is deleted, and your permanent Entry access is not affected — you stay a member at the Entry layer while the payment is sorted out. Once payment succeeds, access resumes exactly where it was. We will email you when a payment fails so you have the chance to fix it.

5. Downgrades

A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date, not immediately. You keep the higher tier for the rest of the period you paid for, and the lower price starts at the next renewal. There is no partial refund for downgrading mid-period.

The one downgrade between paid tiers is Flagship to Growth: you keep the instruments and stop paying for the machines.

Going from Growth down to Entry is not a downgrade in the billing sense, because Entry is not a subscription and has nothing to bill. It is a cancellation, handled by section 2, and it leaves you at the Entry floor with no further charges of any kind.

6. Upgrades, and the Entry credit

Growth to Flagship. An upgrade takes effect immediately. You are not charged twice for the same days: any days you have already paid for on Growth are credited toward your first Flagship payment.

Entry to a membership: what you paid comes off. Growth and Flagship include the whole of Entry at no additional cost. If you already bought Entry on its own before subscribing, you are not asked to pay for it a second time — we credit the full price you paid for Entry against your first membership payment. Buying Entry first therefore never costs you more than going straight to a membership.

The details, so nothing is a surprise:

  • It is available once per customer, and it is tied to your one Entry purchase.
  • It applies at either membership tier, on monthly or annual billing.
  • It does not expire. It does not matter whether you subscribe a week after buying Entry or a year after.
  • It does not reset. If you use it, then cancel and subscribe again later, it has been used.
  • It is a credit against a future payment, not a refund of your Entry purchase, and it is not exchangeable for cash.
  • If your Entry purchase is refunded under section 1, the credit ends with it.

How to claim it. Email support@phantomaisolutions.com from the address on your Entry purchase before you subscribe, and we will send you a one-time code to use at checkout. If you have already subscribed and did not use it, tell us and we will apply the credit to your next membership payment instead. You will not lose it by forgetting.

7. Annual plans

If you take an annual plan, the discount is the reason it is cheaper: you are paying up front for the year. Annual plans are treated the same as monthly ones under this policy. You can cancel at any time, access continues to the end of the year you paid for, and the unused remainder is not refunded. The Entry floor in section 3 applies to annual members in exactly the same way.

An annual plan is charged as a single payment covering the whole year, not as instalments. That matters for two things in this policy: cancelling mid-year does not refund the remaining months, and if you hold a founding-member price lock under Terms of Service section 7, the lock covers your annual renewal price on the same terms.

8. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the EU and UK usually have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content is treated differently when it is delivered immediately, and the law allows that right to be waived — but only with your express consent.

So before you complete your purchase you are asked to do two things: consent to getting immediate access, and acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day right of withdrawal. If you give that consent, access is delivered straight away and the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. If you do not, access is not delivered immediately and your withdrawal right is preserved for the full 14 days.

If that consent was not captured for any reason, your 14-day withdrawal right is unaffected and we will honour it.

This does not affect any other statutory right you have, including your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

9. Duplicate and mistaken charges

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we will refund it. That is an error on our side, not a refund request, and this policy's restrictions do not apply to it.

10. Please talk to us before filing a chargeback

If something has gone wrong, email support@phantomaisolutions.com first. We aim to reply within five business days, and most problems are solved in one message. If you have not heard back within seven business days, follow up before doing anything else. A chargeback filed without contacting us takes weeks, costs both of us, and usually resolves worse than a direct conversation would have.

We reserve the right to suspend access to an account with an unresolved chargeback while it is being investigated, including the permanent Entry access described in section 3.

11. How to request a refund

Email support@phantomaisolutions.com with:

  1. The email address used at checkout
  2. Your order number, if you have it
  3. What happened

We aim to reply within five business days. If you have not heard from us within seven business days, please follow up. Occasionally an email goes astray, and we would rather hear from you twice than not at all. If a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method. Once we send it, your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, usually within five to ten business days.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and any change we make applies to purchases made after it was published.
